Lulu's Story

Mimoso Pets is a Sydney business that sells handmade pet accessories. They work with Indigenous Women in the southern Mexican State of Chiapas who use traditional weaving techniques to produce their products. 

The brand was created in 2019 and began selling at various weekly markets. This enabled them to identify and centralise around key sellers that were then sold online. More recently they have begun wholesaling their collars to retail and online stores across Australia.

The majority of their expansion has been fuelled by word of mouth along with a combination of content marketing and Facebook/Instagram ads. Kaizntree was core to helping expand the business during this initial period.

 

Among the outcomes of using Kaizntree are an increase in online sales, backend efficiency (inventory, costing, supplier communication), and customer experience. 

A current goal for Mimoso includes expanding their wholesale business to account for a greater portion of sales. Indeed Kaizntree, particularly the ability to manage wholesale customers will be help fuel this wholesale growth
