Why Kaizntree?

We believe that small business owners have been neglected by today's inventory and ERP softwares. We decided to start Kaizntree after seeing one too many people pour their heart and soul into growing their business and get bogged down with manual data entry.

Our mission is to empower small business owners who make their own products. This mission feeds into everything we do and is the reason we're called Kaizntree.  ​


Kaizen is Japanese for continuous improvement and tree is a symbol of growth​​


We started in 2019 by helping small business owners with whatever they needed. It quickly became clear that inventory management is a core problem for people who make their own products. There are three reasons for this:


1. Spreadsheets require more manual data entry as you scale and are prone to errors.​​​​


2. Existing inventory management / ERP solutions are way too cumbersome and time consuming to use.

3. People who manufacture their own products have a more things to keep tabs on:  batch codes, expiry dates, raw materials, production, packaging more. 

We are a team of 5 based in Palo Alto, California. Our sole focus is to automate your inventory management process and we serve business owners around the world.
