We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who’s excited to work with developing AI agents and our top-of-its-class inventory management platform.
Your role is vital to continue improving our systems, and the service we provide our clients. As with every other position in the company, you need to be obsessed with our customers’ success and happiness. Concretely, this means that by joining the team, your priority becomes thinking about what is the next innovation that should be developed at Kaizntree that will bring the most value to our customers (and implementing it with the team)!
This is an exciting role as you’ll join a lean commando team of incredible engineers that share the same continuous improvement goals, and aim to become the best startup team out there!
Role Overview
You’ll work directly with our Co-Founder Benoit and ship features end-to-end alongside a tight-knit engineering team building agents, workflows, and core infrastructure that connect to real-world supply chains. If you want to work on AI that touches messy physical operations (raw materials, manufacturing, warehousing, retail distribution) and see your work deployed in production quickly, you’ll love this role.
Compensation
Compensation is based on a sliding scale and is unique to each engineer
Annual Compensation Package: R$120,000 - R$ 320,000
Monthly Compensation Package: R$10,000 - R$ 26,667
Equity: Yes, this position offers equity
Signing Bonus: Yes, this position offers a signing bonus
End-of-Year Bonus: Yes, this position offers a potential end-of year bonus. At Kaizntree bonuses are not a given, they are earned, and are based off your performance over the year as well as the company’s performance as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development
Build and maintain features for our core inventory OS (Operating System)
Develop inventory management, traceability, and production planning capabilities
Manage integrations with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc…), accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, etc…), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Implement forecasting and demand planning algorithms
Build AI-powered automation workflows for order processing and data entry
Customer-Focused Development
Participate in customer calls to understand requirements (ad hoc and optional)
Develop customer-specific customizations and workflows
Build reporting and analytics features for CPG operations
Implement user-friendly interfaces for non-technical supply chain professionals
Ensure platform reliability and stability
Technical Requirements
Core Technologies
Backend: Django (required)
Frontend: React (required)
Cloud: Strong AWS experience (required)
Database: Experience with SQL databases
APIs: RESTful API development and third-party integrations
Nice to Have
AI Agent development experience
E-commerce platform APIs (Shopify, Amazon)
ERP integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
Supply chain or inventory management domain knowledge
DevOps and infrastructure management
Ideal Candidate
Experience
3-5 years of full-stack development experience
Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred
Previous startup or high-growth company experience is a plus
Experience building B2B SaaS applications
Experiencing building AI solutions
