Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Kaizntree, Inc. collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit kaizntree.com or use Kaizntree OS, including the JP AI operations assistant. Together, these are the Services.
This policy applies to website visitors, people who contact us, and customers and users of the Services. It does not change who controls the business data a customer stores in Kaizntree OS. For that data, the customer decides the purpose, and we process it to provide the Services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect your name, work email, company, role, phone number, account login, billing details, and the contents of messages you send us.
Customer content. We process information you or your team submit to the Services, such as orders, inventory, suppliers, production records, and files from tools you connect.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services we collect device and browser type, IP address, general location derived from that address, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of access.
Information from others. If you book a call, pay an invoice, or connect a third-party tool, we may receive related details from that provider.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide, maintain, and secure the Services, create and manage accounts, process payments, respond to questions, and send service messages.
We also use it to understand how the website and product are used, to improve features, to send product updates and marketing you can opt out of, and to comply with law.
We do not use customer content to train public or third-party artificial intelligence models.
How we share information
We share personal information with service providers that host the product, send email, process payments, schedule calls, or measure site traffic. They may use the information only to perform those services for us.
We may share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of Kaizntree, our customers, or others, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to run the site, to remember preferences, and to understand traffic. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie settings on the site, and you can control cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may limit parts of the site.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as your account is open and then for as long as needed to finish the purposes in this policy, to meet tax and accounting duties, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your US privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to appeal if we deny a request. California residents can also ask for the categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or share to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
To make a request, email hello@kaizntree.com. We will verify the request using information you have already given us, and we will respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where your state allows it.
Children
The Services are built for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Where we process information
Kaizntree is based in the United States. We process personal information in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide a more prominent notice.
